Mr. Vollrath joined OMP in 2025 as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development. In his role, he leads the sourcing, structuring and execution of industrial investment and development opportunities throughout Southern California and Phoenix. Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Vollrath spent eight years working at Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR), where he led the sourcing and acquisition of over $2 billion of industrial real estate in Los Angeles, including both existing assets and development opportunities. Mr. Vollrath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School, a Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and is an active member of NAIOP. Mr. Vollrath is originally from Germany and has worked and lived in Asia, Europe and America.

Mr. Mehta joined the firm in March 2023, bringing with him over 18 years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Mehta manages construction accounting for all of the Company’s development projects, interfacing directly with its lenders and capital partners. In addition, Mr. Mehta provides leadership to an accounting team supporting the Company’s vertically integrated property management platform. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mehta previously held senior positions at Kidder Matthews, Legacy Partners & Lion Real Estate. A graduate from University of Mumbai, India, Mr. Mehta resides in Orange County with his wife, daughter and parents.

Kate Edstrom joined Overton Moore Properties (OMP) as Assistant Manager for Northern California in 2020 and has since taken on the role of Property Manager for Northern California operations. Prior to joining OMP, Ms. Edstrom served as lead property manager for a private portfolio of commercial properties including retail shopping centers in Merced and Walnut Creek, CA, and Seattle, WA, as well as medical/dental offices in Danville, CA and Renton, WA.

Ms. Edstrom has been an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Oakland/East Bay for the past 3 years where she currently serves as a lead volunteer organizer for the Education and Careers Workgroup. Additionally, Ms. Edstrom completed BOMA Oakland/East Bay’s 2021 Leadership Academy, a year-long program designed to educate new volunteers and members how to be involved in and mutually benefit from BOMA. Moreover, she continues to take advantage of the abundant opportunities BOMA and OMP offer her to connect with her peers and grow professionally.

Mr. Cassiano joined OMP in 2022 as a Partner and Chief Investment Officer. In his role he oversees all acquisition and capital markets activity, and leads investment strategy for the company. Over the course of his career he has been responsible for the acquisition or development of over 22 million square feet of industrial property in the western U.S. Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Cassiano was a Managing Director at Invesco Real Estate, where he oversaw investing activity in the western U.S. across all private equity strategies on behalf of Invesco’s institutional clients and discretionary funds. Prior to joining Invesco in 2011, Mr. Cassiano spent 12 years at AEW Capital Management where he was responsible for originating and managing investments in the western U.S. on behalf of AEW’s series of discretionary high-yielding real estate equity funds. Mr. Cassiano is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on local and national product councils as well as the Young Leader Mentorship Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Ms. Freedman joined OMP in 2022 and is primarily responsible for land due diligence, entitlements, and development functions for OMP’s Northern California projects. She is also responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investments in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining OMP, Ms. Freedman spent over 15 years in Asset Management for large institutional equity investors, including Prudential Real Estate Investors (PGIM), BlackRock, and Invesco. She has extensive experience working on all asset classes including Industrial, Office, Retail, Hospitality, and Multifamily, with oversight responsibilities for ground up development and value-add projects. In her role as an Asset Manager, Ms. Freedman was responsible for all asset management aspects of a $3 Bn. Portfolio. Ms. Freedman holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Masters of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is also a member of NAIOP Northern California.

Prior to joining Overton Moore Properties, Kelly Lynch was a General Manager for Cushman & Wakefield in the San Francisco Bay Area for clients such as New York Life, UBS, and Clarion, where she was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of approx. 3 million square feet of commercial property, including office, industrial, retail and mixed use.

Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in property management, working directly for both owners as well as third party relationships in operations, construction and finance. Kelly oversees all physical operations, lease administration, long range planning, and financial reporting as well as contract management. She has an established track record of superior tenant relations, strong vendor connections, accurate and timely financial reporting and budgeting, and construction management as well as building strong teams to work alongside her.

Additionally, Kelly has been an active member for over 10 years in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Oakland/East Bay where she currently serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors. She is the founding Chair for the Emergency Preparedness Committee for BOMA Oakland/East Bay where she served from 2014 - 2017. Kelly was also named the Outstanding Principle Member of the Year in 2017 for BOMA Oakland/East Bay. Furthermore, she is an instructor at both San Francisco State University and Merritt College Oakland for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) program which identifies, educates, and recruits talent for the future of the commercial real estate industry. Kelly currently holds her California Real Estate Salespersons License.

Ms. Garcia joined Overton Moore Properties in 2010 and has over 10 years’ experience in property management. She is responsible for the day to day management, budgeting and financial reporting of over 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties. Prior to joining OMP, Swenja worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services and ProLogics. Ms. Garcia graduated as Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills and a Master Degree in Business Administration also from California State University Dominguez Hills. She also holds a California Real Estate License.

Mr. Nelson joined Overton Moore Properties in April 2019, after completing the largest mixed-use development in the City of Burbank. With a background in architecture, Mr. Nelson brings a unique perspective to the management of entitlement and construction developments. He is responsible for the management of shell building construction and any tenant improvements. Project management professional with an Architecture Degree from Woodbury University and a Certificate in Construction Management from UCLA Extension.

Mr. Middlemas joined the firm in mid-2012, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. During this time, Mr. Middlemas has overseen the successful acquisition and disposition of 75 commercial properties throughout the country, whose aggregate value was approximately $2.5 billion. Mr. Middlemas also has an extensive background in structured financing, having sourced debt and equity from a broad range of lenders and institutional partners approaching $3 billion. Mr. Middlemas oversees an accounting group for the firm that provides a full range of services to its clients and partners, including comprehensive financial reporting, annual budgeting, and coordination with various audit and tax advisors as well as general financial advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Middlemas recently held senior positions at Lyon Apartment Companies and GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group. A certified public accountant by training, Mr. Middlemas' real estate career began at Arthur Andersen, where his practice focused principally on real estate development. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Middlemas resides in Newport Beach with his wife and two daughters.

Mr. Moore is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Overton Moore Properties and the past president of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, currently a board member of Economic Resources Corporation of South Central Los Angeles, Macerich, a New York Stock Exchange REIT and Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation. He was a founder of the Los Angeles Actor’s Theatre, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and Museum of Contemporary Art. Among many awards, he is a recipient of the Humanitarian Award from the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine.

Moore is a graduate of Villanova University and resides in Palos Verdes, California with his wife Maureen. They have four grown children.

Mr. Johnson has primary responsibility for OMP's land due diligence and development functions. Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry in California, and has been directly responsible for the development and construction of over 7.5 million square feet of industrial product and additional entitlements on over 30 million square feet of land. Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Johnson was principal at Quantum Development and held senior management positions at Oakmont Industrial Group and Panattoni Development Company. Prior thereto, Mr. Johnson was a Construction Manager with Insignia and was responsible for the oversight/coordination of tenant improvement projects in industrial, commercial and R&D developments in Southern California. Mr. Johnson also brings valuable experience in the construction sector from his tenures with Carr Construction Corporation and Bruce Andersen Company. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from California State University Long Beach.

Mr. Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties in July 2000. He is CEO and owner of OMP. Since 2000, Mr. Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 30 million square feet of commercial property in California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. Mr. Tecimer joined OMP after 12 years with Trammell Crow Company and is currently active in the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a founding Board Member of the Ziman Center for Real Estate at the Anderson School @ UCLA and past Board of Trustee of the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Mr. Tecimer is a graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and received an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1989.
