Timur Tecimer

Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tecimer joined Overton Moore Properties in July 2000 as President and COO. Tecimer brings a wide experience in commercial and industrial development, asset management, property management, and leasing services to the Company. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firms operations including acquisitions/investments, development and management. In addition, Mr. Tecimer directs all joint venture and capital structures and long range planning of the firm. During his career, Mr. Tecimer has been responsible for the acquisition and development of over 15 million square feet of commercial property. Tecimer joined OMP after 12 years with Trammell Crow Company and is currently active in the Urban Land Institute, SIOR, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is a member of Board of Trustees of the Southern California Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Tecimer is a graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science and received an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1989. Mr. Tecimer resides in Palos Verdes, California with his wife and two children.

Stanley A. Moore

Co-Founder & Chairman
Mr. Moore is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Overton Moore Properties and the past president of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, currently a board member of Economic Resources Corporation of South Central Los Angeles, Macerich, a New York Stock Exchange REIT and Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation.
He was a founder of the Los Angeles Actor’s Theatre, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and Museum of Contemporary Art. Among many awards, he is a recipient of the Humanitarian Award from the National Jewish Center for Immunology and Respiratory Medicine.

Moore is a graduate of Villanova University and resides in Palos Verdes, California with his wife Maureen. They have four grown children.

Jim Middlemas

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Middlemas joined the firm in mid-2012, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. During this time, Mr. Middlemas has overseen the successful acquisition and disposition of 75 commercial properties throughout the country, whose aggregate value was approximately $2.5 billion. Mr. Middlemas also has an extensive background in structured financing, having sourced debt and equity from a broad range of lenders and institutional partners approaching $3 billion. Mr. Middlemas oversees an accounting group for the firm that provides a full range of services to its clients and partners, including comprehensive financial reporting, annual budgeting, and coordination with various audit and tax advisors as well as general financial advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Middlemas recently held senior positions at Lyon Apartment Companies and GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group. A certified public accountant by training, Mr. Middlemas' real estate career began at Arthur Andersen, where his practice focused principally on real estate development. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Mr. Middlemas resides in Newport Beach with his wife and two daughters.

Stacey Johnson

Director of Property Management
Ms. Johnson has over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience. She joined Overton Moore Properties in 1993 as a Property Manager, and in 2004, Stacey was promoted to Director of Property Management. She is responsible for the OMP Property Management team with a regional portfolio of over six million square feet of commercial and industrial properties for third party owners such as LaSalle Asset Management, TA Associates, JP Morgan, Prudential Real Estate and BlackRock. Prior to joining OMP, Stacey worked as a Property Manager at Urban West Communities and Auerbach Leasing and Management. Ms. Johnson graduated from University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration. She is a Certified Property Manager ®, Real Property Administrator® and holds a California Real Estate License. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Real Estate Women (Crew).

Jason J. Hines

Vice President
Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Hines was an acquisitions officer in the Los Angeles office at ING Clarion. Mr. Hines was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing direct real estate investments in Southern California that included industrial, multi-family, office and retail properties. Mr. Hines was directly involved in the acquisition of over $1.5 billion in real estate private equity investments, including core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies. At OMP, Mr. Hines responsibilities include, sourcing, underwriting closing new investments and overseeing marketing and asset management of OMP’s portfolio. Mr. Hines holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Marshall School of Business from University of Southern California and a Master’s of Real Estate Development also from the University of Southern California.

Floyd A. Younkin

Project Manager
Mr. Younkin joined Overton Moore Properties in 1979 and holds a degree in Construction Technology. He is responsible for all capital and tenant improvement work and is the Project Manager for all shell building construction. Mr. Younkin has overseen over three million square feet of ground up development and major renovations.

Michael Johnson

Development Manager
Mr. Johnson has primary responsibility for OMP's land due diligence and development functions. Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development and construction industry in California, and has been directly responsible for the development and construction of over 7.5 million square feet of industrial product and additional entitlements on over 30 million square feet of land. Prior to joining OMP, Mr. Johnson was principal at Quantum Development and held senior management positions at Oakmont Industrial Group and Panattoni Development Company. Prior thereto, Mr. Johnson was a Construction Manager with Insignia and was responsible for the oversight/coordination of tenant improvement projects in industrial, commercial and R&D developments in Southern California. Mr. Johnson also brings valuable experience in the construction sector from his tenures with Carr Construction Corporation and Bruce Andersen Company. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from California State University Long Beach.
